About

Hi there! My name is Sam, I am 23 years old and I live in Los Angeles. I graduated from the []_[] last May; I majored in Performance and minored in Film. While I haven’t been working as an actress (sadly), I currently work at Fleet Feet, and am also Production Coordinator on the fitness and nutrition documentary: Why Am I So Fat?, as well as being the co-editor of two natural book series Kick It in the Nuts and Done With That Books. I also teach bootcamp and study personal training on the side!

I started this blog when I made my transition from vegan, to vegetarian, to part time meat eater. While I now consume I great deal of animal protein, the blog has evolved to mean being flexible in all aspects of life: nutrition, exercise and mental health. I am moderately bipolar and have dealt with a series of EDs including anorexia, BED and bulimia (which I am still conquering). I find that staying flexible is key to staying happy.

This blog will include various recipes, work outs, motivational tips and possibly rants as I adjust to balancing life between my goals for the entertainment industry and the health and fitness world.

In my free time, I like to sing, karaoke, dance, go hiking, cook, bake, go to the movies, play guitar, paint, read a good book and spend quality time with someone I will refer to often (and affectionately) as “the boy.”
